Our coaching relationship will help increase your capacity to change and improve self-efficacy. You will be able to reach your highest level of motivation, get back your autonomy, and discover what is truly important.

What qualities do you posses that you can leverage to be successful at reaching your goals? Maybe you succeed with creativity and thinking of productive ways to do things. Or maybe you have a strong sense vitality, approaching life with excitement, not doing things halfheartedly. All strengths are valuable! Together we can learn what tools you already have and how to use them effectively.
3 — Your vision
What does your desired future self look like? Having a vision for your best self will enhance your well-being and give you hope. A strong vision will contribute to higher energy levels that will move you forward in different areas of lifestyle changes, especially when those inevitable obstacles come your way. This vision will encompass all of who you want to be.

As your coach, the majority of our work will be setting goals together. With a clear plan, you will know exactly what to do in order to achieve your desired outcomes and make your vision become a reality. I will encourage you to take on a challenge that pushes you while not overreaching. I will help you identify specific actions and behaviors that will get you one step closer to that vision.
