What’s Included

 

Fitness

  • Customizable workout plans designed for your specific fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, whether you want to schedule fitness 3 days a week or 5 days a week, whether you have access to a gym or want to start at home workouts, together we will come up with a program level that is right for you and your goals. This includes workout videos to ensure you are performing each workout with correct form and guidance.

    • This also includes an online calendar so you can know what to be doing each day, be prepared for the week and have a detailed plan that you know will fit your schedule

Accountability

  • Bi-weekly one on one coaching calls with me to go over your goals, celebrate your wins, determine and overcome any obstacles you may be facing, chat and brainstorm ideas for the coming week and really solidify what you want and set you up for optimal success moving forward.

  • Access to an app where you will be able to have full access to messaging me with any questions, updating progress photos, submitting measurements, going over weekly check ins, and the ultimate accountability partner.

    • I will be able to give you feedback and action steps to attain those weekly goals. You will have support from me right at your fingertips during the moments that matter most.

Nutrition

  • Totally customizable weekly meal plans. For 3 meals a day we can develop a meal plan that fits your lifestyle. Whether you want to focus on reducing your intake of red meat, a pescitarian diet, following a vegetarian diet or a vegan diet, I can help you come up with healthy meal ideas to take the stress away from meal planning and get you to fall in love with being in the kitchen again.
